  7. This package ( consisting of the Hot Keys software and associated files and 
  8. documentation) is provides "as is" without representation or warranty of 
  9. any kind either expressed or implied, including without limitation, any 
  10. representations or endorsments regarding the use of, the results of, or 
  11. performance of; its appropriateness, accuracy, reliability, or currentness.  
  12. The entire risk as to the use of this package is assumed by the user.  In 
  13. no event will the R2M Software company will be liable for any damages, 
  14. direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, resulting form any defect 
  15. in the package, even if the R2M software company has been advises of the 
  16. possibility of such damages. Any and all use of this package, for any

  21. thirty (30) day evaluation period.  At the end of the evaluation period,

  23. or register the package with the R2M Software Company.

  26. this package for their own use or for other individuals to evaluate, as
  27. long as the following conditions are met.

  29. The hTools package is defined as all files listed in the packing.lst
  30. file.  if any file listed in packing.lst is missing, or the packing.lst
  31. file is missing, distribution is forbidden.  All files cannot be
  32. modified or distribution is forbidden.  No price or compensation may be
  33. charged for the package.

  35. Registered users obtain a set of registration codes.  These registration
  36. codes, or the registered version of the software may not be distributed
